Delivery & Returns Policy



OR MAY TAKE UP TO 3 – 5 days depending on how busy we are with processing of orders purchased via our website. If there is a product or item which would take a longer time frame, the customer would be notified immediately



For any full-priced items purchased from our website, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange in an unworn condition. Please note, items purchased from us on any of our social media platforms, Facebook, instagram etc , a refund would not be given but a store credit.

For items on  sale, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us for an exchange/refund in an unworn condition.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour etc, we always suggest to avoid disappointment by placing a new order and returning your initial order for a refund.


Sale Returns & Exchanges

For sale items you have 10 Days from the date of delivery to return in an unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

As stock will be low over the sale period if you wish to exchange for a different size/colour it is  strongly recommend placing a new order and returning your current order for a refund to avoid disappointment.




Returns for online website orders (UK Mainland)

If you ever need to return an item for exchange or refund, you can do so in two easy steps;

Step 1. Contact us first

to return an item, Please do inform us of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. For exchanges, complete the information for the replacement item(s) you would like.

Step 2. Post Your Parcel

You will need to post out your parcel to us.


Returns for online orders (Overseas)

Please note, we do not offer free exchanges for overseas customers (outside of UK Mainland). If you want to exchange your item then please post back your order for a refund and place a new order
