Most of our items sell out really quickly, We try as much as possible to make sure our customers don’t get disappointed by not being able to purchase an item they really love because it’s sold out. We constantly place re-orders from the manufacturers or suppliers hence reasons why some items have a longer delivery period of about 5-10 Working days.

Please Note.

  • For items with longer delivery times, if you select the DPD (UK NEXT DAY ) option at Checkout, it simply means we will ship out on the day we receive re-stocks from our manufacturers for you to receive the item the next day, Furthermore, if ROYAL MAIL is selected at checkout, your item will be posted out on the day we receive, which usually takes about 2-5 working days.


  • For items with 1-2 working days, Once an item is placed before 11am, with DPD UK next day delivery option selected at check out, we will ship out the same day, and you will receive the item the next working day. The same goes for ROYAL MAIL, items will be received 2-5 working days.



For any full-priced items purchased from our website, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange in an unworn condition. Please note, items purchased from us on any of our social media platforms, Facebook, instagram etc , a refund would not be given but a store credit.

For items on  sale, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us for an exchange/refund in an unworn condition. As stock will be low over the sale period if you wish to exchange for a different size/colour it is  strongly recommend placing a new order and returning your current order for a refund to avoid disappointment.

For all Hair wigs, Extensions , all returns must be made within 7 days of Delivery.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour etc, we always suggest to avoid disappointment by placing a new order and returning your initial order for a refund.

Please Note any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
We do not offer free or prepaid returns. 


Returns for online website orders (UK Mainland)

If you ever need to return an item for exchange or refund, you can do so in two easy steps;

Step 1. Contact us first

to return an item, Please do inform us of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. For exchanges, complete the information for the replacement item(s) you would like.

Step 2. Post Your Parcel

You will need to post out your parcel to us.


Returns for online orders (Overseas)

Please note, we do not offer free exchanges for overseas customers (outside of UK Mainland). If you want to exchange your item then please post back your order for a refund and place a new order
