Return Policy

For any full-priced items purchased from our website Startoff.uk, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange in it’s Original unworn condition with tags on. Items found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you.  We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Startoff Uk’s  responsibility and will not be processed. Please note,  your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.

For items on  sale, we do not accept any returns or give any store credits.

Please note, items purchased from us on any of our social media platforms, Facebook, instagram etc and not purchased via our add to cart, checkout system on the website , a refund would not be given but a store credit.

For all Hair wigs, Extensions , all returns must be made within 7 days of Delivery in its original state. Items found otherwise will not be accepted and returned to you.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size/colour etc, we always suggest to avoid disappointment by placing a new order and returning your initial order for a refund.

If you ever need to return an item for exchange or refund, you can do so in two easy steps;

Step 1. Contact us first

to return an item, Please do inform us of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. For exchanges, complete the information for the replacement item(s) you would like.

Step 2. Post Your Parcel

You will need to post out your parcel to us.

Returns for online orders (Overseas)

Please note, we do not offer free exchanges for overseas customers (outside of UK Mainland). If you want to exchange your item then please post back your order for a refund and place a new order
