Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up or other stains or marks on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors. Please note that we cannot offer refunds on underwears, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. Please also note that we cannot offer refunds on items purchase from our social media lives, only a store credit would be given once items are returned back to us in its original state. We do not offer refunds on SALE items, but store credits. This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality.
